​Jarrett Perkins​

​Jarrett Perkins, J.D: Mr. Perkins earned a Bachelor of Science the University of Missouri-Columbia and a law degree from Texas Southern University. Jarrett has been licensed to practice law for over 16 years. He is also a licensed Escrow Officer and fee attorney for Capital Title - Bellaire responsible for managing all aspects of real estate closings.

Jarrett has advised clients in matters related to commercial real estate and banking transactions, commercial and residential lease negotiations, and foreclosures. He has also advised banks regarding the resolution of title closing issues, including denials of title coverage.

Early in his career, Jarrett was approved by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) as an instructor and taught real estate courses at Champions School of Real Estate

​​Jalene M. Mack

Jalene M. Mack, J.D.:  Ms. Mack received her Political Science degree with a minor in Mass Communications from the Xavier University in 1990 and her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1993.

Ms. Mack’s practice is primarily in the areas of commercial transactions, intellectual property, and public finance. She has given numerous speeches and lectures in Texas and California on intellectual property law and corporate formation.

She is the founder and Creative Director of Mack Performing Arts Collective, a non-profit devoted to promoting the interest of performing arts by exposing, educating, and entertaining youth. For her work with the youth, contributions to the arts, law and the community, she has been honored with the President Barak Obama Lifetime Achievement Award. 

​​​​​​Lynette Bratton, Principal

Lynette D. Bratton, J.D.: Ms. Bratton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 1986 and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1994.  Prior to law school, Ms. Bratton worked in marketing and pharmaceutical sales for Merck & Co. 

Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Bratton relocated to Houston and began her legal career as an attorney in the litigation division of Exxon Corporation. After gaining transactional law experience with a small firm, Ms. Bratton founded Bratton & Associates. 

Ms. Bratton specializes in the areas of corporate, public finance, and real estate and banking law.

She led the initiative in forming the Community Service Committee of Texas Women in Finance and served as the committee’s chair for three years. She was elected to serve as President of the Chapter in 2019. For the past five years, Lynette has served as a mentor to young lawyers through the Houston Lawyers Association. She has also served on the boards of Mack Performing Arts Collective, Houston Area Urban League, and the Fort Bend County Football League. She is an active member of the Houston Bar Association, National Bar Association, and Houston Lawyer’s Association
