  • Acquisitions / Sales
    • We negotiate each issue to maximize potential and minimize risk; draft complex documents to accurately memorialize the transaction, and handle the flow of documentation typical in modern commercial real estate matters.  We represent companies of all sizes in a range of transactions, including leasing, sales acquisition, borrowing and lending, easements, covenants, and zoning matters.
  • Retail Leases
    • Our firm understands the issues involving tenant improvements, CAM charges, co-tenancy assignment, percentage rent and exclusives.  Our firm can also assist with landlord –tenant disputes, property management, and the review of taxes and expenses related to leasing commercial space.
  • Lending 
    • Our firm has experience drafting loan packages for community banks and private lenders for Texas transactions. These documents include loan agreements, promissory notes, deeds of trust, security agreements, and personal guarantees. 
  • Title and Closings ​
    • We review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and supporting documents; draft documents necessary to clear title; and handle commercial real estate closing involving Texas and multi-state transactions.​​​
